Objective and target group

The purpose of this document is to describe how Aera processes personal data collected from its public facing webpage.

The policy forms part of the internal control and governance arrangements for Aera and is approved by the CEO. This policy may be updated from time to time.

1. Introduction

Aera collects and processes information from visitors on its webpage. When processing such data, Aera has the role of controller, as defined in the GDPR, and it is Aera’s obligation to ensure and facilitate that the existing applicable privacy regulations are observed, and that the data subjects’ rights following the regulations are implemented.  This policy specifically describes how we process data on our public facing website.

Aera’s main policy for processing personal data as controller, hereunder the applicable routines for processing, applied security measures, how to ensure information quality and how to handle requests for access and information is described in the Enterprise Privacy Policy.

Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation from Aera as to whether or not Aera is processing personal data regarding them. Data Subjects may also request an overview of the types of data being processed.  This policy aims to answer this question, in the table above.

As a data subject, you also have the right to request a copy of your data. To do this, please send a data access request to customer support on post@aera.id, or through forms found in your portal.  Note that we will require you to prove your identity before disclosing any information.

If information regarding a data subject is incorrect or incomplete, the information should be rectified, deleted or blocked, as appropriate.
